Have you ever heard of Nouver NPC Knowledge?
It's a ginormous golden dragon appearing somewhere in the desert.
Valencians call Nouver the master of sandstorms.
It evokes a powerful sandstorm, leaving nothing behind.
It's just sad to see that people are not willing to do anything because they are frightened by it.
