[Miniature Elephant] Permit from the Merchant Guild

Objective
According to Shakatu NPC Knowledge, only adventurers who have proven their contribution to the Shakatu Merchants are allowed to raise additional Miniature Elephant NPC Knowledge. He asked for fresh, cool water for the elephants. Hand over Bottle of River Water x10 and Gold Bar 100G x2 to Shakatu and receive permission to rear additional Miniature Elephant.
