Forgotten Core Part

Objective
Upon Vygun's request, Karashu NPC Knowledge had finished an alchemy device that alerts one if the Ancient Teleporter is connected to Hystria Ruins. However, upon returning to Sand Grain Bazaar, he realized all too late that he forgot to snap in one extra part... So let's deliver that missing piece to Vygun for Karashu.
※ Use the World Map to see the location of quest objective east to Sand Grain Bazaar.
※ You cannot use the Navigation function in the desert. Acquire a compass to easily find the location of your objectives.
※ Gather and arrange
Part for Explorer's Compass x3 into a [-] shape to obtain an 
Ancient Explorer's Compass (3 Days).
※ You can also purchase a Part for Explorer's Compass from the Central Market.
※ If you've lost the
Alchemy Device's Core Part, forfeit and reaccept the quest to reobtain it.
※ Use the World Map to see the location of quest objective east to Sand Grain Bazaar.

I, Karashu NPC Knowledge, the greatest alchemist
the world has ever seen, have finally done it!
If you're as seasoned an adventurer as you claim,
you too must have seen the Ancient Teleporters in the desert, no?
No one knows when or why or how they got there,
but that's the thing- you never know where they will take you!
However! Vygun, who's been studying the Hystria Ruins, made a request,
and I've finally finished this device that can discern the teleporter's final destination.
I've just returned from burying that very device
deep within the Hystria Ruins myself.
Take a swig of this
special potion I made, and you'll be able to detect
the light emitted by the device from the Ancient Teleporter.
One thing, though. While I was reorganizing my bags,
I came upon a core part of the device!
I can't bare to face Vygun's disappointment.
I should quickly hand this part over to him, but I'm still recovering from the journey...
Could you take this part and hand it over to Vygun?
He'll have one of my special potions for you as well. What do you say?
