Kukao needs a paint with a crimson hue that closely resembles Garmoth NPC Knowledge to fully capture the Crimson Dragon's majestic beauty. It just so happens that Garmoth's Bloodstone seems to fit the color he needs. Bring some Garmoth's Bloodstones to Kukao.
