Objective
Islin Bartali NPC Knowledge says the lights at the festival are too dim. She asks you to buy Atanis Firefly from Eileen NPC Knowledge of Velia to light up the place.

so I left the inn in what seems like forever to see.
I saw that Finto was happy about being able to cook
without worrying about prices.
I don't need to fuss over things here.
But, out of habit...
I am bothered by this one thing.
It's dark, even though there are lights.
You can buy Atanis Firefly
from Eileen NPC Knowledge of Velia.
Why don't we brighten the place up with that?
Stringing up some Atanis Firefly will light this place up.
