Objective
The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge says you should find the hideout of the Dark Knights that Ataraxia NPC Knowledge talked about and bring the 
fragmented Vediant to Arethel NPC Knowledge, the Chief of the Obsidian Ashes.
"In the end, we built our small hideout in a remote valley of O'dyllita."
※ If you lose Fragmented Vediant, you can receive it again from Salanar NPC Knowledge the Verti Umbramancer.
