You have discovered an injured baby whale swimming around in circles near the coast of Terrmian Sea. To help it regain its strength, catch a Mudskipper, Sandfish, Rock Hind, Mackerel, Trout, Beltfish, Sandeel, Sea Eel, or Herring and bring one to Palong.

※ You can do this quest once a day, and it will be reset every midnight (server time).
