Objective
Giorio said there's not enough beers for the festival. He's far too busy to make them himself so he asked you to deliver the rest. Make some 
[Event] Terrmian Specialty Beer and take them to Giorio.
1. Open the Processing window ().
2. Select Simple Cooking.
3. Cook Wheat x1 or Barley NPC Knowledge Item x1,
[Event] Terrmian Specialty Leavening Agent x1, and 
Mineral Water x1. There is a chance you will obtain this item.
※ This quest is available once a day and resets every midnight during the event.
