Leon of Tshira Ruins heard the rumors of Dragon sightings and have rushed on over to Heidel. He asks that you find any discoveries regarding Dragons. Gather [Event] Lost Dragon Seals and bring them to Leon.

Can't leave just empty handed...
Based on the rumors, I hear plenty of Lost Dragon Seals
have been found in these parts.
If you ever come upon any of these seals,
could you bring them to me?
I'll trade them for something special!
