[Event] Lando's Special Thanks

Objective
Lando's throwing a big shindig up on the Mountain of Eternal Winter. He really needed a Griffon NPC Knowledge for it, so he made the trek all the way 
to Velia Item Skill to learn how to train one. Thanks to the kind villagers, the biggest worry for the whole event was smoothly sorted out. So, he came by to express his gratitude.
