Objective
Lylina NPC Knowledge, a furniture dealer in Calpheon, gives away free devil horn headdresses to people during the festival. Obtain Thief Imp NPC Knowledge's molar to request more headbands. Thief Imps are only seen at night.

At night, you will find little devils
in the abandoned farm near Calpheon's north gate.
They're called Thief Imps because
they rob passing merchants or pickpocket adventurers.
Can you get me their molars?
