Objective
A man said there is plenty of food coming from the Plantation, but it isn't delivered to the Slum. Find a Plantation Wagon around the North Gate and carry Sacks of Rations to the Slum.

It's enough for everyone in the city but the rich and affluent monopolize the food,
and the people in the slums don't get a single grain.
So, we have to get our shares ourselves.
Look for a wagon filled with sacks at the North Gate.
