He called my careless behavior "beguilement".

We can't know the impact that bringing
an unknown object into this small world will have.
This stone, in the worst case scenario, absorbs all the light around it.
But we have yet to identify what that light is.
It could be the light that shines through this world...
Or it could be the light that emanates from the soul.
Syca's duty is to fend off the Dark Invaders.
He should be focusing on weapons research and production... yet...
His stronghold has ground to a halt after receiving your little gift...
That wasn't kindness, it was foolishness.

He was right in cautioning them about the dangers of Orzecan lightstones.

But, making a thread already requires so much of my attention...
Though, failing at this might mean I could never research lightstones again.
After a moment's consideration... I thought it best to go find Vaha and pick his brain.
Oh Vaha, I'm not smart like you,
nor tenacious like Syca.
And I'm not detailed like Orze either.
So huge projects like these are so difficult for me.
Vaha then mounted his Urukios and casually said:
"If it is for our mission, I'll gladly do it."
