The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge said Jordine NPC Knowledge might have gone to the Watchtower. Move to the Watchtower to learn more about Jordine.

Oh yea, you're still human right?
Let's not say anything about this to the lord for now.
We have to go after Jordine NPC Knowledge.
Since he's wielding the sword imbued with the powers of darkness,
he must have been attracted to that tower right there. You feel the energy from the tower, too, right?
They've been waiting for this one for a good long time.
Kind of like how I was waiting for you! Hehe.
You know what? Light eventually fades, but darkness is forever.
Light could drive away darkness, but only for a moment.
