Alchemist Wilks in Keplan said he needs warm energy to treat the Petrifying Disease and asked you to get Powder of Flame.
Get Powder of Flame by Mining and bring it to Wilks.

1. Collect Powder of Flame x3 by Mining
2. Give Powder of Flame x3 to Alchemist Wilks

※ You cannot complete this quest by Node Production. You must Gather the Powder of Flame by yourself to complete the quest.
※ You can get Powder of Flame by Mining Copper Ore.
