Owner of the Toscani Farm who sends crops to the Western Guard Camp.
Ovidio is especially careful about this because his son works at the camp as a guard.

His no.1 treasure is the rocking chair his son bought for him. Sometimes it seems that he is doing nothing but sitting down, but that is not true. Although he is close to retirement, his decade-old management know-how lives on.
