The wharf manager of Velia.

He is a sentimental Giant. He once dreamt of casting off and sailing aimlessly to the horizon. He tried this a few times only to suffer shipwreck due to his lack of sailing skills. Croix eventually gave up on that dream and started supporting other would-be sailors in Velia.
