The Wharf Manager of Olvia Coast.

He took up his post as the Olvia Coast Wharf Manager at the recommendation of Chadwick, the Olvia Guild Wharf Manager.

After hearing rumors that Chadwick was of royal descent, he went to meet him in person. However, he was left rather disappointed, finding Chadwick to be nothing more than a jolly Otter.
