**Bobby Lauren** — _Residents of Velia_

The Head of the League of Merchants in Heidel, he put the association hall up as security for a loan from the Calpheon Currency Exchange Center. However, the strike by the Artisan Guild disrupted his business plans and now the association hall is about to be handed over to Calpheon because he couldn't retrieve the money from his investment.

He is a supporter of Grand Chamberlain Jordine, but in reality it is Jordine that ends up having to help him more.
When the Artisan Guild strike is sorted out, he plans to start trade negotiations with Mediah.
