**Old Man Damjae**

Ever since losing his grandson to a tiger attack, he has waited for the day he could take revenge on the tigers. Upon hearing that the Tigerslayers of the Taebaek Troops were coming to Beombawi Valley, he offered his assistance, free of charge. Despite being asked by the commanding officer to return to the village numerous times, he refused and eventually became a member of the base.
