**Ulgenil**

In the land of Ulukita, Muzgar stands as a haven for mercenaries. Here, they're spared the brutality of warfare and instead focus on the simpler tasks of maintaining order and, occasionally, flexing their muscle against the local residents. But the liberty they enjoy makes them hard to rein in solely through contracts. Hence, the merchant guild hired Ulgenil, lauded for his unparalleled skillset, to serve both as a skill instructor and a representative for the mercenaries.

Contrary to the hard exterior, whispers around town suggest Ulgenil is a man bound by honor and principle. The difference between him and other Sezec mercenaries is evident: he's never been spotted harassing the townspeople. Rumors abound that he's tethered to the guild because of hefty medical bills for a sick relative, but the veracity of such tales remains uncertain.
