**Ruonon**

The manager of Neruda Plain. He is affiliated with the Shen Merchant Guild and was the first to convey Sirare's prophecy to Neruda.

Afterwards, Neruda Shen began to develop Ulukita, and when the Asparkan Fort was completed, he named the vast plain after himself. Ruonon is currently investigating which rock among the rocks towering over the Neruda Plain to carve Neruda Shen's statue, and is also planning to craft a statue of himself.
