**Val Marun**

Val Marun, once a gentle soul, has been increasingly irritable of late. He's grown weary of hearing that he must protect this sacred land, and his stress has intensified due to the persistent efforts of the Shen Merchant Guild. Having taken control of the nearby town of Muzgar, incessantly pesters him with offers of large sums of money for his land, even though he doesn't need it.

As the representative of the residents, he has unwaveringly refused to engage in negotiations. However, he couldn't stop everyone from being dazzled by the splendid goods offered by the Merchant Guild. He's got a headache because of those who think it's okay to give up a part of the vast Shakhtar Wilds. This is because such actions go against the will of their ancestors.
