**Song Jiae**

Jiae used to be a military officer. Word of her exceptional martial arts skills reached the royal court, and the king himself appointed her as the gatekeeper of Heungnyemun Gate. Contrary to her martial prowess, she is usually cheerful and playful, and often receives scoldings from the commander for her light-hearted behavior.
