Bae Seunghyeon

Bae Seunghyeon from the Military Training Command is currently in charge of managing the guilds that visit the Land of the Morning Light.
He was originally responsible for managing military supplies, but as the curfew was lifted and more adventurers began to visit Seoul, the amount of military supplies to be managed increased. Consequently, he swapped duties with his sister, Bae Seohee.
Seunghyeon is known to be somewhat lazy, and rumors say that it'll takes ages for a new guild just to get approval.
