**Seongguk**

Seongguk the blacksmith sells his wares on Yukjo Street. His items are of decent quality, but thanks to his talking skills, he often sells them at prices slightly higher than what they're worth.
Recently, Seongguk has been dreaming of excavating weapons from the vanished Land of the High Clouds, which existed even before Holbon was established, and selling them for a high price.
