Klau is the Old Moon Manager of Velia.

He was originally tracking down the evil spirit of Cron Castle, but coincidentally bumped into Yan and eventually joined the Old Moon Guild. He often talks big about how he's going to solve all the mysteries of Cron Castle, but he is actually content with his life in Velia.
