**Black Turtle Chief, Goblin**

Black Turtle Chief, Goblin.

Though he has a real name, he goes by the name Goblin. This is because there is a tradition where the name of a newly appointed chief is given based on the constellations visible on the night when the chief is appointed. The chief currently has an agreement with the Old Moon Guild in which he interprets writings on ancient ruins which are discovered by the Old Moon Guild. In return, he earns Sea Coins. The natives question why the chief is trying to collect Sea Coins. To this, the chief explains that he collects Sea Coins for a memorial for a dead tribe. Many, however, are skeptical about his motives.
