A Katan soldier with supreme combat abilities. While on the mission to wipe out the Gahaz Bandits, he, fooled by his own pride, became surrounded by the enemies deep in the lair. It was Tanko, a close colleague, who saved him from the deadly situation.

Okhan still regrets his actions to this day, repenting his mistakes and remembering Tanko high up in the Bambu Valley, who sacrificed his own life to save Okhan.
