Located at the wharf in Port Epheria, 
Ruvinia is a trade goods exchange from Crow's Nest.

She is one of the sextuplets, and each of Ruvinia's sisters is scattered 
throughout different regions, carrying out information collecting missions. 
Sometimes adventurers who have met her sisters first will tell Ruvinia 
that they look exactly like her, which makes her very angry.
