Pida

Pida, a Fox Abets, is responsible for keeping records of all who enter Eilton. Pida's work keeps him at the City-Highland Border, where he's well-known for sticking his nose in the affairs of others. He throws himself into the role of mediator and passes judgment on conflicts that arise not only among the villagers but also among outlanders.

Although his wordy speech and fussiness doesn't curry much favor, his fair and impartial servings of justice continue to win over the villagers. The recent surge of outlanders staying in the village for more than a season has swamped him with more Hillsworn naming requests than he can handle.
