**Tolgoldor**

Tolgoldor a handler of imperial deliveries can be found in front of the Prismatic Wildflower Inn. His job gives him access to many of the visitors coming through the Inn, which allows him to stay up to date on the latest news. Recently, a surge of terrified outlanders with strange looking shackles around their necks have been pouring into the inn, and this has kept him quite on edge.
