Pluto

Pluto is a friendly Otter who is unable to swim because of a painful memory. His respect for Captain Moguly prompted him to make his way to Splashing Point, but it was not long before he was lost at sea. With no sense of direction, Pluto sailed right into a vortex which shipwrecked him and left him floating out at sea. Eventually, the water's currents had washed him down a river where he was rescued by Demibeasts passing by. This is how he found himself in Eilton. At first, he would close his eyes tight anytime he saw a stream, but now he has enough courage to finally start fishing again. He now stays at Charbonneau Villa and takes the role of a friendly teacher who tells the children about fishing and Otters.
