Dellega is the trade manager at Erethea's Belt, a job that keeps him busy from sun rise to sun set due to the dozens of merchant guild wagons carrying trade goods and supplies that pass through every hour along this major hub that connects the Charbonneau Charcoal Workshop, Zvier Highlands, and Wind Nol's Perch. In fact, he is so busy that there are rumors going around that, if you negotiate long enough with him, he will soon relent and give you a huge discount just to get rid of you.
