Bayan
Bayan is known among all the children of Drieghan who have taken the Chantus Exam due to her strictness. Children of Drieghan who have learned to how to tame animals at an early age, take this exam to determine whether they possess the qualities of a true tamer. The exam consists of many subjects, with Bayan supervising falconry specifically.
If any child is foolish enough to bring harm to a hawk that is proving difficult to tame, they are severely punished and disqualified from the Chantus Exam, which is why they all fear Bayan so. You can get special items related to falconry from Bayan that cannot be got from other regular vendors.
