**Kurikuri**

An apprentice in training, Kurikuri has come from the faraway lands of Papua Crinea Island. Fiercely determined, he hopes to learn the art of charcoal making, a process quite unknown by other Papus back home who rely only on wood for their fires. Despite his playful appearance, he takes his studies very seriously and likes to brag how he has become a full-fledged big-city Papu as he no longer says "pa!" or "pu!" at the end of every sentence. However, what he doesn't seem to realize is that he still does, albeit subconsciously.
