**Tamir**

Tamir, the Post Captain of the Black Lake Encampment, was dispatched from Duvencrune immediately after the explosion at the Barbarians' Tower under the order of Chief Durgeff. Together with his troops, he organized and re-established a post that had originally been built a few centuries ago when the land belonged to humans, transforming it into the present-day Black Lake Encampment. Tamir wishes to conduct research on the area peacefully, but his nerves are frayed by the raging Murrowaks that are coming and going. The thick blanket of poisonous fog that currently covers the lake doesn't help his nerves either!
