thanks to her connection with Proix from the Dancing Marlin Tavern on the Velia dock. 

She is telling the adventurers embarking out to sea as the Great Expedition beings about bartering.
Thanks to her adorable Papu appearance, she is famously known as the "Papu at the Dancing Marlin Tavern."
