**Shim Cheong**

She is the daughter of Shim the Blind. After finding out that Shim the Blind had promised three hundred sacks of rice in return for good fortunes, but could not prepare the rice, Shim Cheong decided to offer herself instead of the rice and jumped into the waters below the Ooldool Strait cliff. 

After waking up at the Sea Palace, Shim Cheong decided to do her best as she did in life. Her passion in work was noticed by the courtiers of the Dragon King, who then appoint her to look after the Sari flowers.
