Identity of the woman who the Lord calls Oze

Quest Text Please understand that Tina may be a bit gloomy.
She wasn't always like that.

Summary Phew... The woman Lord Faust believes to be
his missing daughter is actually my sister, Tina.
We've been told since we were children,
that we look just like Lady Oze.
One day, Lord Faust began to call Tina, Oze.
Not only that, he became violent and would throw wild fits of the likes I've never seen before.
He would scream and hurl things across the room.
Once he even threw a bowl of hot soup that hit Tina's face.
Now Tina keeps her face covered to hide the scars.
It has gotten so bad that she has no choice
but to comfort the Lord and take over in Oze's absence.
Lately, I've become more worried about Tina than the Lord though.
She seems confused about who she really is,
and keeps saying strange things...
