### Step 1

at Crow's Nest.


### Step 2

- **Objective**: Ask about Heaven's Tower.

- **Summary**: The Heaven's Tower is small yet beautiful.
Try using Heating on Black Gold Ingot x10, Tear of the Ocean x10
and Blue Whale Oil x1.
It may produce the key you need.
After that, well you're on your own.
However, I know that a young angel watching from on high,
guards the gateway alone
surrounded by a wall of waves,
or so the story goes.
