Summary
On a day the Arsha Sea was covered in dense fog,
Moguly found some object floating in the water.
Oh yes... Inside that object was a suspicious device with Marni's name written on it!
Along with a rather foul-smelling grog! Queek!
Moguly was so thirsty that he couldn't help but drink some of that grog.
Then, he suddenly felt a jolt in his head,
and Marni's suspicious device began to rattle as it came to life! Queek!
That's when he discovered a note.
A note that warned of caution
when using the Unstable Fuel... Queek, queek!
Moguly found some object floating in the water.
Oh yes... Inside that object was a suspicious device with Marni's name written on it!

and threw it away into the sea. Queek!

Anyway... Moguly placedMarni's Unstable Fuel inside
Marni's Suspicious Device, then turned it on...
Then whoosh! Marni's suspicious device started clicking and clacking
and spat out a copy of the Turban Shell NPC Knowledge Item Armor he was wearing! Queek!
And so, Moguly took the armor spat out by the device
and gave it to a young sailor in his pirate crew! Queek!
He continued to use that device appropriately,
and soon became the famed pirate of the seas. Queek!

He came to the mainland and told this story to everyone,
but none believed his words. Queek...
That is why he spread these clues all over the place.
