He couldn't find the capital, and when he was passing by Lake Kaia...
He encountered a ferocious-looking
Catfishman NPC Knowledge who was about to attack him.
But then another really fat Catfishman NPC Knowledge appeared,
rushed toward them, and body checked away his friend!
He then held out his hand to Chief Bavio,
saying "Splash! Splash! Splash!"
The chief couldn't quite understand, but he was touched by the moment.
That's why he named the town Splashing Point.
