There's a story about the chief when he was traveling Calpheon.
He couldn't find the capital, and when he was passing by Lake Kaia...
He encountered a ferocious-looking
Catfishman who was about to attack him.
But then another really fat Catfishman appeared,
rushed toward them, and body checked away his friend!
He then held out his hand to Chief Bavio,
saying "Splash! Splash! Splash!"
The chief couldn't quite understand, but he was touched by the moment.
That's why he named the town Splashing Point.
