Sure, I can tell you how to put 'em together. 
I'm not really interested in it, anyway.
 First off, you need three compass pieces. 
The pieces all look the same, 
so it can be tricky to find them all.
I hear there are two pieces here in Hystria Ruins. 
Get those two, and find the last piece, 
then place them into a [V] shape. 
Then you need to place Bloody Ruby, 
Ocean Sapphire, and Gold Topaz in between them, 
presumably in an upside-down [V] shape. 
That's how you put together the compass.
