## Summary

Lavala was writing some kind of letter for special guests
who use our Crow Merchant Guild regularly.
She says that she'll make a special decoration only
for those who bring that letter...
You want that letter now? Sorry, but I don't have it.
Even if I did, I wouldn't give it away for free.
You know, if you hadn't left home,
I could have made at least ten of those decorations...
Doesn't matter... Lavala says that she tossed that letter
out in front of the Starry Midnight Port.
I gave my word to only tell special guests 
of the Crow Merchant Guild of its location. 
Why not try to be more patient? If you're so hasty, 
take a rod out and try your luck fishing it up.
