### Step 1

This, to which Azure Flame reacts, is none other than the Shadow Snake's skin,
the skin of Ibedor, Hadum's serpent.


### Step 3

- **Objective**: Ask for appraisal.

- **Summary**: ...After Ibedor disappeared, Belshuan, the king of Orzeca,
sent snake hunters all over O'dyllita. 
It was to exterminate all snakes found 
in streams, rocks, tree roots, and so forth.
It is said that snakes that had been captured were dried alive by fire
and given as manure to Quturan, which had just begun to grow.
