## Summary

Despite our superior physique, 
we Giants remained in Keplan solely for we had no ambition to claim other lands.
Unbeknownst to us all, the greed of Humankind and the power of the Black Crystals
were eating away at our very flesh, corrupting us to our very core.
I, Chief Gehaku, tried to preserve our tradition and the legacy of our ancestors
by moving our people south...
And yet, it was already too late...
Only now can I finally admit,
that I was wrong in my decision...
and that arrogant and weak Tantu was actually... right. 
To all Giants who may have survived.
Do not forgive this feeble old chief. Go forth and find one anew...
