What do you think about the Aakman?

Summary The Aakman are hostile.
They abruptly attack those who come close to them.
Don't know if those fat-mouths just don't understand things well
or they are just in pain for some reason.
I know that it is said that they are the protectors of civilization but I can't believe it seeing their hostility.
They are just harming innocent people.
I wonder if they have any hidden motive for doing that.
