## Summary

We Goyen Mercenaries were once known to be as
strong and disciplined as any nation's standing army.
However, one of us seemed to have been colluding with a Dandelion noble,
and persuaded our leader Goyen to agree to
a proposal too good to be true:
If we win this one battle, all of us will be knighted
and accepted into Dandelion.
However, they intended to use us as human shields all along.
There was none of the promised backup from Dandelion
and we were set up like pigs to the slaughter.
None of us know which one of us was the traitor
who persuaded Goyen into accepting the proposal so recklessly;
it was very unlike him to do so.
If he knew the sort of danger he would be putting us into,
Goyen would've never agreed.
I wonder if that traitor truly understood the extent to which
Dandelion would betray us?
I still cannot believe there was a traitor among us.

- **Summary**: Only Evergart knows the exact meaning of the talisman.
However, one thing is for sure. It is a very dangerous and dark artifact.
The forbidden magic of calling back the souls of the dead, necromancy,
allows you to resurrect the corpse of a person or animal and control them.
I tried to hold back Evergart.
It was obvious what he was thinking of doing.
His defeat at Dandelion was plaguing his mind.
Eventually, he left for a place I cannot follow, off into the Great Ocean...
He kept whispering,
"The answer lies on a faraway misty island."
